1. Who we are
The site is operated by Nadlan Group S.B. Netanya Ltd. (Strategic Real Estate). Brokerage services are provided by Semion Barash, licensed real estate broker, licence 31033324.
2. Property information
Property details on the site (price, size, floor, availability and more) are based on information from the owners and are correct as of the update date shown with each property. They may change, and they are not a binding offer or part of a contract. Check every detail before any decision. The photos show the property as it was photographed.
3. General information, calculators and reports
The market report, the blog, the neighbourhood and aliyah guides and the calculators are general information only. They are not investment, tax, mortgage or legal advice and do not replace personal professional advice. Calculator results are estimates only. Prices and market data come from public sources and may change.
4. Brokerage services
Brokerage services and fees are set only in a signed written brokerage order, as the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law, 5756-1996, requires. Nothing on the site creates a brokerage agreement.
5. Real estate in Dubai
Dubai properties are marketed through Dubai ROI Club. Every brokerage act, contract signing and handling of money is done only through DRASI Real Estate Dubai, a RERA-licensed agency. Semion Barash holds no brokerage licence in Dubai.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo, photos and videos on the site belong to the business or are used with their owners' permission. Do not copy, publish or use them commercially without written permission. You may share links to the site's pages.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the site in a way that harms its operation, collect information from it with automated tools, give false details, or try to enter closed areas, such as the agents' system, without permission.
8. External links and services
The site links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Google and other sites. We do not control them, and their own terms apply.
9. Liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes or change. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise it will always work without faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by relying on information on the site without checking it independently. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Netanya have exclusive jurisdiction, and for a matter outside their jurisdiction, the district court competent for the Netanya area.
